Having a child is more difficult than it used to be. Medical research shows that the reproductive ability of both men and women has decreased by half compared to 50 years ago.

For this reason, the number of couples receiving treatment is increasing.

The last step of these treatments is IVF. Many couples start treatment with the eye of certainty while having IVF.

Therefore, when the result after IVF is negative, a great disappointment surrounds the family. We must not allow this. Currently, there is no treatment that provides 100% childbearing. Every method has a risk of failure.

If IVF fails more than once, it is necessary to seek professional help without despair.

We treat these couples differently from standard IVF procedures.

Why was it a recurring failure? We research it and treat it accordingly.

We have various treatment options for couples with recurrent IVF failure. To summarize:

1- We do genetic tests of parents and if there is a problem, we apply PGS for them.

2- By examining the mother’s uterus with hysteroscopy, we look for obstacles such as septum, polyps and fibroids that may cause recurrent failure, and we treat them in the same session, if any.

3- We do uterine receptivity stimulating treatment options.

4- We apply different protocols during the treatment and embryo transfer stages.

5- We add treatments that we hope will improve egg quality and sperm quality.

With these studies, we organize the treatment to the basis of individuality.

Remember, infertility treatment is not like picking up a row of clothes in a store and trying it on. We should think of it as an outfit that is tailor made for each person.

Even if you have treatment failures, you too can become a parent with appropriate treatment and professional teamwork.

I wish you healthy days.
